All orders are dispatched from Cape Town.

Delivery options and cost

• Door to door (3 to 5 working days): R80
• Locker collection: R49
• Collect from us: free
• Free door to door delivery on all orders over R1,200

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery timeframes run from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed, and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email info@tgcg.co.za and we will follow it up for you.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at the time of ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we will amend it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
