Refund policy

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery/collection. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on items that have been altered to fit.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you may choose between:

  1. Refund – Processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days of approval.

  2. Store credit – Valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for any purchase in-store or online.

Handling fee

A R80 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tgcg.co.za and send your item to:

Exchanges timeline:

  • Regular items: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery or collection. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and the original invoice must be retained.

  • Market or pop-up items: Exchanges must also be requested within 14 days of purchase.  The item must not have been worn or used, and you must retain your original invoice.  Refunds are not available for market or pop-up purchases.

Stockist Purchases

All purchases made through independent retail stores or stockists fall under that specific store's return and refund policy.  

Any exchanges or refunds for items purchased through a stockist must be processed directly with the store where the item was bought.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should courier your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
